EFS Ship Yard Canje Activity Hub

Canje Activity Hub is a great Creation of mine that The hub itself is a Ship yard! So just look at it as a Walmart with that Car workshop on the side but Better x1000. Not sure referring it as Walmart is the best thing ???? IT BETTER THAN WALMART OK?
