Easy adjust attributes and add override

Provides an easy way to add .override to files in a batch. Also easy to adjust attributes.

Add override,

Change Max stack size

Change MaturityAgeDays

Change Weight

Change Fuel

Open in a text editor and adjust the shown numbers by the percent you want. 1.0 = 100% or default

2 files included. 1 to adjust attributes and one to just add override.
