Disable Vehicle Camera Collision

A small mod that allows you to toggle the camera collision feature.
This mod enables or disables the camera collision adjustment.
The feature is already implemented in the game by Giants, but it is only accessible via this mod.
Simply place the mod in your mod folder, select it, and then toggle the option ON or OFF using the slider under
"General game settings".
