Difficulties Improve

Increase the utility of the difficulties system (Easy, Normal, Hard), by adding and editing some differences between the three game modes.
The main changes are listed in the table on the image, other minor value changes are:
- Vehicles price drop
- Livestock daily upkeep
- Livestock dirting speed
- Livestock birth rate
