Cswic Modifications Mod aka Hyper Armor Mod

This replaces the old Generalized Modifications Mod. The old mod is now hidden, don't use it. Only affects SKM. Disabled for Skirmish Captain mode upon request.

To use the mod add a line to your MordhauGameMode ini section that reads:

SpawnServerActorsOnMapLoad=/Game/Mordhau/Maps/WeaponRemovalMap/BP_ModificationActor_VersionA.BP_ModificationActor_VersionA_C
