Caterpillar 140H convert

This is a conversion of the CAT140H from FS19. It had previously been converted, but that conversion wasn't very good. So I decided to convert it instead. The mod isn't perfect, but it works well in game. I also have added terrafarm to it. You can get those files in my Terrafarm upload.

I do plan on coming back and reworking the entire mod, but I've been using it in game for awhile now, and thought I'd share.
