Building this shield will prevent the alien bomber's bombs from reaching your precious structures!

Obtain the blueprint by talking to the Mirrows. If you pacified them, they will give it to you before the bombardment, otherwise, they will give it to you once the bomber arrives.

The shield will not prevent the NPC's from hiding and other bombardment events from happening.
