The Buffalo 6 is a medium-sized industrial tugboat, built to haul barges, stations and other constructs to and from destinations. Buffalo 6’s also are equipped with retracting landing struts for planetary egress, adding to their functionality and negating the need for shuttles to transport the crew to ground-based installations. Some B6 models are equipped with salvage arms and gravity shunts, enabling resource recovery operations.
