Azov 5319 Improved

It's a not-OP but still much better mod of the Azov 5319. It's got:

-Better steering (angle, speed, backsteer speed)

-Slightly raised suspension kit

-Wider wheelbase (mainly for looks)

-A sh*tload of tires (including tayga tires if you're into this sort of thing)

-Spare wheel add-on from the 10x10 Azov, with 2 wheels, fuel, and repairs

-Ability to attach trailers with crane+flatbed installed
