[Audio] Cruel voice enhanced

An attempt at fixing Cruel voice, I have adjusted the volume of each line.

I'd need feedback to improve the pack, overall the difficulty is to find the right adjustement for the lines that are meant to be pronunced very calmly.

This is an audio mod that will have effect only for the players having it installed.

It is not compatible with auto-download. Subscribing to it won’t make it available on your server/game.
