Simple Server side mod anybody sending messages over the games allowed character limit will get banned.
Installation:
Put the AntiSpamWindowsServer.pak into your servers CustomPaks folder.
Then in your servers Game.ini under [/Script/Mordhau.MordhauGameMode] add this line:
SpawnServerActorsOnMapLoad=/AntiSpam/AntiSpamActor.AntiSpamActor_C
