All Planters to Seeders

This script allows all crops that usually require a planter—such as potatoes, beets, carrots, and sugarcane—to be sown using a regular seeder. The original functionality of planters remains unchanged.

Now also supports additional fruits for multifruit maps like SOYBEAN2 and DRYPEAS.
