You are missing two mods:
MapBuyableObjects and Animation Map Trigger!

In Ergänzung zu meiner ersten Antwort:
Wenn die BuyableObjects im Ordner ist und die Anzeige trotzdem nicht erscheint, muß zwingend ein neuer Spielstand eröffnet werden, weil die MapBuyableObjects im SaveGame gespeichert werden. Um dann nicht alle Fortschritte zu verlieren, muß man wie folgt vorgehen:

1.
Im alten Spielstand noch auf der alten Map alle Felder abernten, weil die Felder in den Ursprungszustand versetzt werden (gepflügt und gedüngt) und dann speichern. Es kann auch sein, dass Masttiere verloren gehen (muß nicht, aber kann) diese also evtl. vorher verkaufen und erst dann speichern
2.
Neuen Spielstand beginnen, die Ausdwahl bei den BuyableObjects treffen (mit oder ohne) und gleich wieder abspeichern.
3.
Aus dem alten SaveGame die Dateien career.xml, vehicles.xml kopieren und in das SaveGame des neuen Spielstandes einfügen.

4.
Mit dem neuen SaveGame weiterspielen.

Fertig. Jetzt sind in dem neuen Spielstand alle bisherigen Gegenstände vorhanden und es wurden die MapBuyableObjects eingerichtet. Jetzt kann man sie kaufen und man behält sie auch nach dem Speichern

Ok, weiter geht weiter mit der unsichtbaren Mauer an einigen Stellen. Ich schätze die Hilfe der Mod , die für einige Fabriken ein Symbol kann gekauft hat .

Nun wollte , um etwas anderes zu bestellen ... jemand von euch mod Pflanzer mit Karte Samen möglichst groß sein ?

As far as I know you have to decide to play with or without MapBuyableObjects. If you decide to use this feature not, it is not possible to change later. Only if you start a new Game with a new SaveGame you can choose again. Always when you choose to play with this feature there will be created a special .xml in your SaveGame, otherwise not, so it is not possible to change your opinion later.
If You like to change, you have to start a new game, choose to play with BuyableObjects and save it immediately. In ancient Score all fruits should be harvested , otherwise they are lost. Now you copy the career.xml an the vehicles.xml from the old SaveGame to the new SaveGame. Now all the money, all vehicles and all levels of silos are from the old SaveGame in the newone. The fields are empty and all anmilas should be back. Sometimes it can happen, that the cattle and pigs in the stockbreeding equipment is lost. You can sell them all before using the the .xml of the old SaveGame.

The buytrigger are infront of the doors to the objects.

possibly some other mod in your mod folder that clashes with this map. I suggest that you first move all mods out of your mods folder except the map itself and the required mods as per description, then test it. After this add your mods in batches and test again until you find the mod that causes the issues. I play the map now since a couple of days and no problems whatsoever. If you still got problems send me your log.txt via PN and i gladly check it over if i find the issue.

Du musst die Pflaumen und Kirschen nicht ernten. An dem Obsthof ist Wasser und Komposterde anzuliefern. In einem der Häuser (Tore) hängen Bedienungselemente an der Wand, einmal für Kirschen und einmal für Pflaumen. Wenn man davor steht, gibt es Infos. In dem anderen Gebäude werden die Pflaumen und Kirsche auf Paletten produziert und auf einem Sammler gelagert. Kann man dann mit einer Palettengabel entnehmen und auf einem Hänger verladen und zur Verkaufsstelle fahren. Gibt Geld. Keine konkrte Ernte nötig.

You need the mod MapBuyableObjects and with the start of the game you will be aks wether you like to play with/without this feature. There will be Icons infront of the second gate, where you can buy the object.

Dass sind nur Hinweise an die Modder und sie haben KEINE Auswirkungen auf das Spiel. Einmal sind im Namen der Datei Leerschritte. Die GRLE Dateien sind von Giants begrenzt worden, aber alle Maps, die mehr Landschaftsdetails haben (Brennesseln, Trockengras, Blumen etc.) überscheiten die Zahl, weil diese in GRLE Dateien gespeichert werden (siehe MIG Map). Das hat keine Auswirkungen auf das Spiel. Das steht im Übrigen auch schon in der Beschreibung zur Map ganz am Ende.
